Hassantuk is a smart city initiative protecting lives and properties across the UAE by connecting all Buildings & Properties to Hassantuk Alarm Receiving center (ARC) via an Alarm transmission equipment (ATE) which is installed in each building. In case of a fire or life threating event, the ATE will immediately send the Alarm to Hassantuk. The ARC operators will verify the received alarm. Upon verification, the alarm is automatically reported to the emergency services within seconds providing them with situational intelligence and making their response more effective to keep our cities smarter and safer.

Protecting Life & Property
Fire and life safety alarms from connected buildings are Receiving Alarm 365 days a year along with all maintenance alarms generated from the buildings systems. Maintenance alarms are automatically routed to the building’s maintenance company ensuring that repairs are undertaken immediately enforcing the mission of safer buildings.
Using Smart Technology to Receiving Alarm and respond efficiently to verified emergency alarms and maintenance events, Hassantuk supports the MOI vision for having the United Arab Emirates as one of the best countries in the world in achieving safety and security.
Flexibility is intrinsic to the Hassantuk programme. Capable of connecting millions of devices, it is fundamentally scalable. Additional building management systems, health Receiving alarms, aircraft alerts, intruder detection and personal attack alarms as well as CCTV streams can be seamlessly integrated to the platform as the UAE’s requirements expand.
تجسّد المبادرة حلًا فائق التطور يرمي إلى سلامة المباني وحماية الأفراد والممتلكات في جميع أنحاء دولة الإمارات، وهي تتيح لموظفي مركز تلقّي الإنذارات التحقّق مما إذا كان الإنذار صحيحًا أو خاطئًا في أقل من 120 ثانية. وبالتالي، تضمن المبادرة على أن تستجيب جميع خدمات الطوارئ لحالات الحريق والحوادث الفعلية التي تهدّد سلامة الأفراد، وتحول دون هدر جهود تلك الخدمات على إنذارات خاطئة أو إنذارات صيانة.
يتم إبلاغ خدمات الطوارئ بالإنذار بعد التأكيد على صحّته في غضون ثوانٍ معدودة، ويتم تزويد مركز خدمات الطوارئ بمعلومات وإحداثيات الموقع بحسب مستويات القيادة المرتبطة بكل منها، أي المستوى الذهبي أو الفضي أو البرونزي. وعليه، تصبح استجابة تلك الخدمات أكثر فاعلية ويسهل تحقيق الرؤية الآيلة إلى بناء مُدن أكثر ذكاءً وأمانًا.
يتم إطلاق الإنذارات من خلال:
أنظمة إنذار الحريق، أجهزة كشف تسرّب الغاز، أنظمة المصاعد، أجهزة قياس مستوى المياه في الخزانات، أنظمة إدارة المباني وأنظمة الأمن.
تتم استقبال إنذارات الحريق وسلامة الأفراد في المباني على مدار العام، بما في ذلك كافة إنذارات الصيانة الصادرة عن أنظمة المباني. يتم توجيه إنذارات الصيانة تلقائيًا إلى شركة صيانة المباني المعنيّة حرصًا على تنفيذ أعمال التصليح الضرورية فورًا، وحفاظًا بالتالي على سلامة المباني.
وعبر استخدام التقنيات الذكية لاستقبال إنذارات الصيانة والطوارئ المثبتة والاستجابة لها بصورة فاعلة، تدعم منصة "حصنتك" رؤية وزارة الداخلية الرامية إلى جعل دولة الإمارات من أفضل دول العالم في تحقيق الأمن والسلامة.
تشكّل صفة المرونة جزءًا لا يتجزأ من برنامج "حصنتك". فبفضل قدرته على الاتصال بملايين الأجهزة، يُعَد البرنامج في الأساس سهل التحديث. وبالتالي، يمكن دمج أنظمة إضافية فيه بسلاسة تامّة كلّما تزايدت المتطلبات المستقبلية، بما في ذلك أنظمة إدارة المباني وأنظمة الاستقبال الصحية، وأجهزة الإنذار الخاصة بالطائرات، وأجهزة كشف الدخلاء، وإنذارات حالات الاعتداء الشخصي وتسجيلات كاميرات الاستقبال.
